Education

After testing the university life in 3 different occasions in both Argentina and Australia, Carlos realized that the path of traditional education wasn’t the best suited for him. At 21, he was already making a six-figure salary in a Top 5 Argentinian company, and was learning the content taught in schools faster on his own than in class.

These two realizations were enough for him to decide to focus his time and resources elsewhere. Grades and socialization were never an issue, rather than his criticism towards the supposed benefits of the educational system, and the frequent demands of his work and projects.

Because of his disappointing experiences with university life, Carlos has spent the last couple of years looking into the realities of educational institutions worldwide, and his findings on the have been surprising. He has read, seen and learned enough to understand how broken the system is.

He is now an education activist, a self-directed learner and an advocate for mentorships and on-the-field practice.
